I’ve been following Tinashe’s music since her first mixtape “In Case We Die” but recently i’ve been raising suspicion on her progression to success, I want to believe it but based on the poor sales of her recent singles and bad promo from her label RCA i dont know if she will ever get the success she deserves.
It’s no surprise how bad RCA are at supporting underground artists but Tinashe seems to be the worst offender. She leaked her song “Party Favors” to get the hype up (because the label don’t know what they’re doing, she said) which in my opinion should’ve been a single instead of “Player”
She funded the Joyride tour on her own, no support from the label at all, the international leg of the tour then got cancelled so she can finish the album Joyride and in late in 2016 we got Nightride which included songs that were suppose to be on Joyride.
Moving to 2017 we got “Flame” a generic pop song that flopped so badly and fans were disappointed by it and I am too. Her movement to
